- Airfare:
- Don’t worry about finding the money to buy a plane ticket. We will provide teachers with free airfare from the nearest international airport. Also, upon completion of a one year contract, teachers will get a return ticket from Korea to the original point of their departure.
- Severance Package:
- A full month’s severance payment is given to teachers who successfully complete their contracts. Also, a raise is given to those teachers who decide to re-sign with Moon Kkang.
Salary and vacation options for new teachers:
Our base salaries range between 2.4 and 2.6 million won depending on your experience and what suits you best.
Teachers with no experience in Korea will be given the choice between these options:
Option A: KRW 2.4 million plus 3 weeks vacation
Option B: KRW 2.45 million plus 2 weeks vacation
Option C: KRW 2.5 million plus 5 days vacation
Teachers with experience in Korea or those with a Bachelors of Education will be given these options:
Option A: KRW 2.5 million plus 3 weeks vacation
Option B: KRW 2.55 million plus 2 weeks vacation
Option C: KRW 2.6 million plus 5 days vacation
*We work all National Holidays except for Christmas, Lunar New Years, and Chuseok (the Korean Thanksgiving)
